Availability: The hall is available on all days of the week from 09.00 to 23.00 subject only to existing bookings. Please email our Booking Secretary bookings@evercreechvillagehall.org.uk initially to check availability.

The table below gives an indication of the current regular usage but not all groups are meeting or events happening.
All bookings are subject to our Conditions of Hire and all Hirers are required to sign a Hire Agreement form and, if applicable, a Hire Licence Agreement form.
A deposit of £100 may be required with bookings, refundable if no damage to the hall was incurred or an unacceptable level of cleaning is needed following the event. Payments by BACS to Evercreech Village Hall fund, Sort Code 30-99-29, A/C No 00680394
If you should wish to sell alcohol at your event please email our Designated Premises Supervisor, dps@evercreechvillagehall.org.uk who will be able to discuss your options. We have a preferred bar provider or if you want to manage it yourself, you must apply for a Temporary Event Notice from Somerset Council.
We also hold a Performing Rights Society Licence so that music can be played at your event.

The charge includes the use of the relevant facilities in each area hired
Tables and Chairs
Sound (music and mics) and Projection Equipment
Heating and Lighting (not stage)
Kettles, Cups, Mugs and Saucers when the kitchen is just used for serving tea/coffee.
Crockery, Glasses, Cutlery and Appliances when the main hall kitchen is hired for catering.
